Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process and for us to prepare your order before it ships. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via our shipping channels. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for the shipping channel to provide tracking updates once it has been emailed to you. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our main priority is the health of our family, team, and customers. In response to

COVID-19, we have chosen to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY until further notice. Though we are doing our part on our end to make sure packages are sanitary and safely sent to our customers by our healthy team, we cannot ensure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same, which could ultimately put us all at risk.

We do not offer refunds. Note that white items, sale items, and accessories are

FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for an exchange. If your package has been confirmed via USPS/FedEx/UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS/UPS/FedEx as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you file a claim with USPS/FedEx/UPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was n to accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time. We highly recommend that you add in the notes section SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages that way a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen. If you decide to file a claim through PayPal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will resend or refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.

We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
